Insurance can be arranged if requested by the customer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Any customs, duties or tax charges relating to your purchase are your responsibility. Please contact the relevant authorities in your country to find out whether there will be any charges payable. We will provide appropriate documentation for all overseas shipping. For our Australian customers all government charges such as GST will be included in the price listed on our website if it is applicable. For your reference the Harmonised Tariff Code for cut and polished sapphire is 7103.99.1000. When shipping to the USA, all rough and cut gems – not set in jewellery is subject to the United States and Australia Free Trade agreement and has no duty payable. There may however be other inspection fees levied. Please check with your local customs broker.
PARCEL SHIPPED TO WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post’s ‘Express post with signature’ service. Customers can track their parcels online and in most cases the item will be delivered the next day to street or P.O. Box address provided to us. All deliveries must be signed for.
PARCEL SHIPPED OVERSEAS
We utilise Australia Post’s ‘International Express Post’ service. Your parcel can be tracked online by tracking number throughout its delivery to your designated address. Items generally are delivered within 7-12 business days in major metro areas. This time does vary from between countries. This does not take into account the possibility of further delays due to Covid-19 or being held in customs for any amount of time.
